Peter Cieszko was elected to the Board of Directors in 2004.  He received a Bachelor of Science Business Administration degree from Villanova University.  Currently, he is the president of Global Distribution at Evergreen Investments.  Mr. Cieszko is a member of the Board of Governors and Co-Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Money Management Institute (MMI), as well as co-President of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA).  He was named “Fund Marketer of the Year 2001” by Institutional Investor, and Registered Rep magazine named him one of “The Ten Who Matter 2002”.
