Debra L. Goldberg

Debra Goldberg was elected to the Board in March, 2008. She received a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Education from Temple University. Ms. Goldberg has spent many years in the Financial Services industry, serving as a Vice President of Kidder, Peabody & Co. in institutional sales marketing and equity roadshows, consulting at Merrill Lynch in their roadshow group and for the past 12 years, Debra was a Vice President and manager of the Capital Markets Roadshows team at Lehman Brothers. Characterized as a hands-on manager, Debra has worked in an often volatile, challenging market climate leveraging her solid marketing and managerial background. She is a Series 7 and 63 licensed securities representative.

Debra is involved in many fundraising and volunteer activities. She is a Big Sister mentor and Chairman-elect of the New York Public Library Volunteer Council.
