David D. Howe, Esq.

David D. Howe received his Bachelor’s degree in History from Yale and his law degree from Cornell University. Mr. Howe has been in private law practice since 1982 and and has his own law office in midtown Manhattan. Mr. Howe also serves as a member of the School Board of the Greenburgh Eleven Union Free School District.
