David D. Howe received his Bachelor’s degree in History from Yale and his law degree from Cornell University. Mr. Howe has been in private law practice since 1982 and is a litigation partner in the Manhattan office of Holland & Knight LLP where, among other responsibilities, he serves as Chair of the firm's local diversity committee.
