Francine Vernon
Westchester Community Opportunity Program

Mrs. Bernard R. Vernon was elected to the Board of Directors in 2003.  She holds a B.S. from Howard University, an M.S. from Hunter College and a professional administration diploma from Fordham University.  She is currently the Director of the Elmsford Community Opportunity Program and President of the Greenburgh Eleven School Board.
