Michael J. Woods

Michael Woods was elected to the Board in October, 2006. He received a Bachelor of Sciences degree from Taylor University in 1990. Mr. Woods formerly served as CEO of XTF Advisors. He had been the US Head of Sub-Advisory and Investment Only Business from 2000 – 2006 for Salomon Brothers/Citigroup Asset Management. He was also a member of their US Retail Operating Committee. He has demonstrated success in raising assets from innovative investment product design and distribution expertise.

Mr. Woods is regularly quoted in leading international and domestic financial media publications such as: Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, MarketWatch, Insurance Industry News, TheStreet.Com, Investment News, Forbes, Smart Money, American Banker, Research Magazine, Ignites, and Investors Business Daily. He has also had multiple TV appearances on CNBC, Bloomberg TV, Forbes TV, and TheStreet.com TV.

He is a Certified Investment Management Associate and a member of the National Association of Variable Annuities. Mr. Woods is also involved with the Knights of Pythias.
