Jacqueline Plumez was elected to the Board in 2007. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Columbia University.  She has had a private practice in Westchester County for 30 years and is a prolific writer. She authored three books, published articles in the New York Times Magazine, Working Woman and Ladies Home Journal, and had an op-ed article in the New York Times.  Dr. Plumez has been involved with the Village as a volunteer and mentor and is particularly interested in advocating for the students continuing their education.
