Hire A Student

The goal in all of our programs is to prepare students to be successful as adults. We teach youth to think of themselves as workers and to understand the necessity of giving a full day's work for a day's pay. We teach work ethics, work preparation skills as well as specific job-related skills. We also provide support to employers who are willing to work with our young men and women.

Children’s Village operates a state-of-the-art Education and Employment Center called OPTIONS (opportunities, power, training, innovations, optimism, nurturing, success) located at 5 South Broadway in Yonkers, NY. This center helps out-of-school youth complete their high school education and develop the work readiness skills that make them attractive to local employers.

The WAY Works Program operates out of our Dobbs ferry campus and seeks part-time jobs for school-age youth. For information contact bschultz@childrensvillage.org.
