A charitable lead trust allows you to make a substantial gift over a period of years while ensuring that your property will return to you or your loved ones. You transfer an asset (case, securities, etc.) to a trust that would pay income to The Children's Village for the time period you designate. At the end of that period, the asset is returned to you or other persons you name.
