The Life’s Bridges Program helps homeless youth ages 16 to 21 achieve self-sufficiency and avoid long-term dependency on social services. The program is comprised of two parts — residential and non-residential.
Residential
The residential component provides housing to homeless youth through [supervised independent living apartments] and provides a cadre of services that include life-skills training, educational planning, mental and physical health care, and job preparation.
Non-Residential
Life’s Bridges provides emergency cash assistance for rent, rent deposits, food, and transportation.
